CROSSFIT ONBOARDING SESSION:
Saturday, October 11st @ 12pm

If you’re looking for a fitness community to help you reach your goals, but you’re brand-new to high-intensity training, weight training (or both)—or if you’re just a bit rusty—we invite you to join us for our onboarding program. During the 1.5-hour session, you’ll learn about Fog City CF’s approach to fitness and training, meet some of our coaches, and get a sense of the community. And, of course, we’ll work out!

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING ONBOARDING:
Sunday, October 26st @ 12pm

This 1.5-hour class introduces you to Olympic Weightlifting at Fog City Community Fitness. We’ll cover the foundational movements of the snatch and clean & jerk, walk through proper technique and progressions, and give you hands-on coaching. You’ll also get a chance to try a short lifting-focused workout and ask questions about training, programming, and next steps. (Sign up below.)

FOG CITY COMMUNITY FITNESS SCHOLARSHIP!

In order to increase access to FCCF, we’re excited to offer a scholarship program which provides a small number of discounted memberships based on need. To maintain their scholarship, recipients must:

  1. Reapply annually;

  2. Notify the FCCF board if their financial circumstances change; and

  3. Attend 8 classes per month.

We accept applications on a rolling basis, so if you or anyone you know might be interested please apply here. Applications and recipient status will be kept confidential, only viewable by the FCCF Board.

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS AND FEES

All unlimited memberships include unlimited weekly classes including coached Open Gym time on Wednesdays and Fridays, and we recommend scaling appropriately so that you can attend class a minimum of 3 times per week.

Drop-ins are welcome with prior CrossFit experience only. Please contact us at info@fogcitycf.com with any questions.

  1. Please email us at info@fogcitycf.com to introduce yourself and share your prior experience

  2. Please purchase a drop-in AND reserve your spot in class PURCHASE

  3. Fill out our eWaiver prior to your visit COMPLETE WAIVER

  4. Kindly arrive 10 minutes before the start of class to get situated and meet the coach
